Our workouts are designed to be a well rounded combination of strength, endurance, and cross training.  This results in a much more balanced workout.  You'll notice each workout has an emphasis.  Some are more STRENGTH based, others more ENDURANCE based, and some have an emphasis on CROSS TRAINING.  They are all categorized below.  Find one you like, or put together a package of workouts.  Can't decide?  Let us help.  We've put together pre-selected packages based on our most popular combinations of workouts.

"The workouts are progressive. Though it is not necessary to follow them in sequential order, they are designed to build on each other. The first 14 workouts are called the Red Series. Their purpose is to build your strength and cardiac bases. The next 36 workouts are the Green Series. Once your bases are in, this next set of workouts delivers with tougher exercises and more of them per workout and new challenges (like mixed modalities).

Your commitment…

  1. You'll perform each workout twice in the week. Block out at least 1.5 hours for warm up, prep, the workout, and post stretching & maintenance. Try to get at least two days of rest in between workouts.
  2. Read the workout instructions before starting! Generally, all exercises are performed twice during the workout. However, there are special instructions you'll want to follow to get the best results from the workout, including instructions for interval training.
  3. You'll train in lower rep ranges for strength, and higher rep ranges for endurance, along with a multitude of ranges in between. We leave it up to you to determine the most appropriate weight for your desired intensity. START LIGHT! And adjust from there.
  4. Get your cardio in. Being in good cardiovascular shape means less rest between exercises. Less rest means more completed work. More work means higher fitness level. Get the point?"
